We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with key stakeholders, and laying the foundation for successful managed IT and cybersecurity solution deployments across our two core service lines Fully Managed and Co-Managed.

You will understand the key drivers and strategic challenges faced by SMBs (typically 20 –150 employees) and will remain up to date with the newest changes in their prospective industries, with specific attention to growth strategy, compliance (including HIPAA), and cyber risk.

You will be responsible for booking qualified appointments into the calendars of our sales team, who are responsible for closing the deal. You will be expected to schedule, reschedule, follow up with, and act as required to maximize the opportunities presented to our sales team, which can also include outbound calls and messaging as required.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who is hungry, skilled, and well-networked. This is a full-time position working out of our Tulsa office with our sales team, with a generous base salary + commission and incentive bonuses, and OTE at $70k+ per annum.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate success in strategic prospecting, positioning, as well as naturally connecting and networking with prospects and potential partners through phone calls and social media as required.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
