Vendors Should Work
"That is not our problem" or "You will have to discuss this with your other vendor" are sentences no company wants to hear and few will tolerate. We at ArcLight learned many years ago that it is not enough to simply provide excellent service, support, and engineering to our clients. We must also build long-lasting relationships based on trust. ArcLight clients expect our team to provide technology related business coaching, planning, and budgeting, however we also build bridges between ArcLight and our client's business critical vendors. Getting to know our client's ERP, EMR, CRM, or other line of business application providers and building trust and report with them reduces friction between ArcLight, our clients and their third-party providers and vendors. Below is a list of third-party vendors that ArcLight has direct access to, understanding of, and healthy relationships with. These relationships reduce friction and finger pointing between vendors thus reducing lost productivity and frustration for our mutually shared clients.
ArcLight partner vendor commitment:
- ArcLight will never defer a client directly to a partner vendor for resolution without first seeking resolution with the partner vendor directly.
- Partner vendor will never defer a client directly to ArcLight for resolution without first seeking resolution with the partner vendor directly.
- ArcLight will maintain direct access to partner vendor decision makers, support, and other necessary vendor contacts that can resolve issues related to product or service without excessive and delayed escalation.

Christine Shasteen
Christine has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry including tenure on the insurance carrier underwriting as well as the commercial insurance broker sides of the business. She has a unique broker background with expertise in the areas of executive liability, professional liability, cyber liability and surety. She holds the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
Christine joined HUB International in 2012 and serves as Executive Risk Consultant for clients primarily in the healthcare, technology, financial institution, education and non-profit industries.
Deana Cunningham
Deana Cunningham, CSFS®, is a seasoned Benefits Consultant with HUB International, bringing over 30 years of industry experience to her role. Deana holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and graduated with honors. Deana is married to her supportive spouse and is a proud parent of three wonderful children and a 7lb Yorkie that rules the home.
As a Benefits Consultant, Deana is passionate about helping clients navigate the complex world of employee benefits. Her focus is on educating clients about cost containment strategies and staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry. Her expertise and dedication to staying up-to-date, make her a trusted advisor to her clients.
In addition to her work at HUB International, Deana is the co-founder of Course Connections, an executive women’s golf networking group. Through this group, she connects executive women to learn the game of golf, while sharing insights and building valuable professional relationships. Deana also co-hosts a podcast called “Latte’ Talk About Benefits” with her business partner, where they discuss “All Things Benefits” and interview industry experts.
Outside of work, Deana enjoys playing golf and engaging in boxing workouts to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She is actively involved in her church and, together with her husband, leads a Life Group focused on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals to connect and grow in their faith.
Liz Beezly
Liz currently works as a Risk Consultant on a book of business that is half healthcare specific clients and the other half rounded out with financial institution and non-profit clients. She joined Senior Risk Consultant Christine Shasteen approximately two and a half years ago as she was looking to add to the next level in her career.
Liz began her career in the insurance industry in 1993, serving as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. In 1997, she joined the CFR Accounting Department where her insurance background enhanced her ability to understand the accounting methods of various insurance companies and to assist with internal billing needs.
Since then, Liz has worked as an Account Manager in Community Business and large middle market commercial accounts and has been our Commercial Lines Trainer.
With our acquisition into HUB International 11 years ago, Liz served as the Senior Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) to the Mid-America Region (OK/AR/Wichita). Liz worked hand in hand with the regional sales consultants, along with the regional Chief Sales Officer, providing value-added resources to our internal teams and our HUB clients.
Mark Anders
Mark has more than 8 years of experience in the Human Capital Management industry and was recruited to Paylocity in 2019. His focus is to analyze businesses to understand challenges that Executives face while providing efficient, automated resolutions using HRIS technology. He brings a thorough approach to truly understand his clients needs to provide the best solutions.
Haley Legg, CPA, CIA, CFE
Haley is currently the Audit & Assurance Division Leader of CCK Strategies, PLLC. Haley attended the University of Central Oklahoma and graduated with a bachelor of science in Accounting and bachelor of business administration in Finance. Haley has provided audit, accounting, and consulting services to clients in the non-profit, healthcare, manufacturing, senior housing, oil & gas, software, and professional service industries. Her attainment of the Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Fraud Examiner licenses gives her a unique perspective that adds value to all services she provides to her clients. While her primary focus is on external audit services, she also oversees internal audit, consulting, and tax services for a wide range of clients. The diversity of her experience provides her with the expertise to address needs, while pulling from creative alternative solutions implemented in other industry sectors.
In her free time, Haley enjoys watching her son play soccer, traveling with her family, and reading. She serves as the Treasurer for Global Oklahoma Connect and actively participates in in other community service activities and fundraises in Tulsa and across Oklahoma.
Alvey Matlock
Alvey Matlock is a highly accomplished expert in digital forensics, Incident Response, and cybersecurity, with over two decades of experience spanning military, law enforcement, corporate investigations, and civil litigation dealing with complex technology and people issues. Alvey specializes in investigative forensics of computers, smartphones, cellular tower and data records, cloud environments, and cybersecurity incidents. His expertise has been instrumental in solving cases involving insider threats, corporate financial fraud, data breaches, financial fraud, intellectual property and trade secret theft, and criminal investigations such as murder, narcotics, hacking, and crimes against people. Mr. Matlock also is a private investigator in multiple states and provides select criminal defense work.
Alvey holds numerous prestigious certifications in technology, mobile device, and computer forensics. His comprehensive training, case experience in various facets of digital forensics has qualified him to testify in local, state, and federal courts throughout the United States as an expert.
