We are looking for a highly experienced Jr. Systems Administrator to help serve our growing team. The perfect candidate must have a servant attitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a hunger to constantly learn. You will help support our business clients both on-site and remotely using our state-of-the-art remote management and monitoring solutions. You will be constantly looking for new ways to improve and automate processes within IT, our organization, and our clients.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the deployment of the client's overall systems in accordance with but not limited to internal policy and designs created by the system architect or management.
- Will be responsible for Tier 2 ticket escalations
- Defines system solutions based on user/client needs, cost and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms
- Researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery
- Establishes, implements, and documents the technology integration or migration strategies
- Stays on top of industry trends and new technologies
- Works on advances, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge
- Goals are generally communicated in solution or project goal terms
- Train and educate clients and company staff as needed
- Work autonomously and within a group
- Other duties as assigned
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a PSA system (preferably Connectwise Manage)
- NinjaOne (or similar RMM)
- Hudu or other KB Structure, Creation & Maintenance Experience

- Advanced Networking - Cisco Meraki, VPN with MFA, VLAN configuration and management, net flow analysis, problem isolation and remediation
- Project Scoping - Ability to work with clients and prospects to estimate labor needed to complete complex tasks such as new server infrastructure, migrations, new feature deployments such as OneDrive & SharePoint secure file storage, and more.

Education/Experience:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or Engineering Technology, or at least five years of advanced experience in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing and operation; knowledge of application of computer software for automating highly diverse agency/organization activities
- Capability and capacity of various software products/communication utilities such as MS Teams and Outlook
- Knowledge of the principles of data communications and telecommunications
- Knowledge of local area network concepts and fundamentals
- Knowledge of teleprocessing and telecommunications
- Knowledge and advanced experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and common roles and features
Preferred Education/ Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of advanced Windows Server and network experience
- Microsoft Systems Administration/System Engineer certification or commensurate experience
- PSA system (preferably Connectwise Manage): 2 years
- System administration: 3 years
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional visits to client locations to provide face to face business IT support. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year based on experience
